What We Do

Once we enroll a new client we go to work knocking up to 7 years off the term of their loan to help them save a ton of money in needless interest payments without increasing their minimum monthly payment or changing the terms of their current loan and lender.

How Your Clients Benefit

When we help our clients to reduce the term of their loan, they will have more spendable money and will be able to stop making payments much earlier than expected. Your buyers will enjoy a lower net effective (equivalent) interest rate. More of their money will go to the principal so they will be able to pay their loan off sooner. Building equity much faster also gives your buyers the option to flip their homes sooner and move on up.

How You Benefit

You receive 20% (typically $300) of the program enrollment fee as a referral bonus paid to you the month after our client pays their fee. Imagine referring just 10 people with monthly payments of $1500 a month and they signup. You’d get $3,000 just for referring them to us… very little work for a huge reward!
